Every board has a specific charitable cause behind it. Listed below are the charities that Panda Woodworks donates its proceeds too, and which boards donate to which charity. These companies have been chosen based on their efforts and reputability. Here are the charities Panda Woodworks uses:

Tiger Board and Tiger Stripes Board: Save Tigers Now is a charity created by Worldwide Wildlife Fund and Leonardo Di Caprio to specifically help Bengal Tigers. It puts most of its efforts into helping to fund anti-poaching efforts as well as preserving forest land many Bengal Tigers call home. Across Asia, tiger numbers have dropped from 100,000 in the early 1900's to only a meager 3200 today. The 13 countries where these tigers exist are Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Russia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Monkey Board and Monkey Board Jr. : Sumatran Orangutan Society is a charity dedicated to preserving one of the three major Orangutan species. The Sumatran Orangutan is currently critically endangered and could be the first major ape species to be extinct due to human actions. There are currently 14,613 Sumatran Orangutans left in the world. The Sumatran Orangutan Society helps rescue Orangutans in dire need of help and locate them to another suitable location once they are healthy. The Sumatran Orangutan Society also helps to prevent deforestation of critical Orangutan habitats. The final effort of the charity is to educate local villages and areas on the importance of preserving the local rainforests. In total, 160 orangutans have been rescued, 1,647,853 trees have been planted, and 20,000 locals have been reached.

Hidden Gem Board and Magma Board: Tusk is a charity directly associated with helping to restore the African Elephant population. The population of African Elephants 100 years ago is estimated to be around twelve million, compared to its current population of 400'000. Tusk works to prevent illegal poachers throughout Africa who are known to sell illegal ivory goods on the black markets around the world. Also, a lot of effort is put into preventing excess deforestation in habitats that are home to the African Elephant.

Cottage Board, Crimson Maple Board, Chocolate Board, and Cottage Board Jr. :Pandas International is a charity made to help restore the population of the majestic Giant Panda. There are estimated to only be around 1864 left in the world. As areas in China begin to modernize and develop, large bamboo forests Pandas relied on for centuries are destroyed. Pandas International helps to provide treatments and relocation of Giant Pandas and Pandas alike.
